  • 1 tsp – Grated garlic
  • 1 tsp – White sesame

Beef for Yaki-niku

  • 4 Tbsp (60 cc) – Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (24 g)  – Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 cc) – Sesame oil or Vegetable oil
